2024-25 FIRST DAY OF SKATING FOR EACH SESSION!

FALL 2024 CANSKate / Pre-CANSKATE:

Komoka Arena - starts on Sunday Oct. 6th (includes Parent & Tot) - last session is Sunday Dec.15th

                          - CANCELLATION date Oct. 27th

                          - We will run a session on Thanksgiving Sunday Oct.13th

Medway Arena - Starts on Tuesday Oct. 8th - last session is Tuesday Dec. 10th

Ilderton Arena - Starts on Saturday Oct. 12th - last session is Saturday Dec. 14th

 

2024-25 IntroSTARSkate sessions:

Medway Arena - Starts on Tuesday Oct. 8th - last session is Tuesday Dec. 10th

Ilderton Arena -Starts on Saturday Oct. 12th - last session is Saturday Dec. 14th

Komoka Arena - Starts on Saturday Oct. 12th - last session is Saturday Dec. 21st.

                         - CANCELLATION day- Komoka only Sat. Oct. 26th

WINTER STARSkate sessions:

                        - Regular Winter schedule will start on Tuesday October 1st 

                        - ADULT STARSkate will start on Friday October 4th

                        -CANCELLATION DATE (Komoka only sessions) - Saturday October 26th

ICE Ignite SYNCHRO:

                         - STAR 4 (Elementary) / STAR 4 (PreJuvenile) Regular Winter schedule to start Friday October 4th 

                         -ADULT synchro - to start Tuesday October 1st

PLEASE NOTE:

  • 2024-25 FALL CANSkate (Oct-Dec) registration will open Sept. 5th  
  • Registration will be a first come-first serve basis.  New this year - only credit card payment or e-transfers will be accepted to hold your spot. We know longer will accept cheques or cash. When you select 'cash' as payment option, that means 'e-transfer'. NOTE: First installment is due upon registration in order to save your spot. NO spot will be saved without payment.

CanSKATE Information:

  • We run the flagship Skate Canada learn-to-skate program 'CANSkate' with instructions by NCCP trained Professional Coaches.
  • We run 2 sessions  - FALL (October - December) / WINTER (January - March).  Priority registration for WINTER classes will be given to our FALL participants.
  • Skaters must be 3 yrs of age as of Dec.31, 2024 to participate in either session.
  • NOTE- Pre-Hockey has been moved to CanSKATE B class and skaters need to have a minimum level of STAGE 2.  Skaters that are 'new' to the ice, should start in Pre-CANSkate. They can wear hockey equipment on these classes as well. 
  • Sessions are held at the following arenas:

         Tuesday at Medway arena starting Oct. 8th:  (London): CANSkate A/B & PreHockey 5:00 - 5:40 pm/PreCANSkate 5:40 - 6:10 pm 

         Saturday at Ilderton arena starting Oct.12th: CANSkate B & PreHockey from 3:00 - 3:40 pm/ CANSkate A from 3:40 - 4:20 pm / PreCANSkate from 4:20 - 4:50 pm 

         Sunday at Komoka Wellness Centre starting Oct.6th: CANSkate B & PreHockey from 1:30 - 2:10 pm/ CANSkate A from 2:10 - 2:50 pm / PreCANSKate & PreHockey 2:50 - 3:20 pm / Parent & Tot from 3:20 - 3:50 pm.

  • Please note this is a TENTATIVE schedule.

IntroSTARSKate information: For skaters passed the CanSKATE STAGE 5 badge

  •    Sessions are held at the following arenas:

    Tuesday at Medway arena starting Oct. 8th: 6:20 - 7:20 pm

   Saturday at Ilderton arena starting Oct.12th:  1:00 - 2:00 pm

   Saturday at Komoka Wellness starting Oct. 12th: 11:50 am - 12:50 pm ***NEW this year.
